What to expect
The aim of our time together is to help become your own therapist and emotional regulator. Together or in workshops or groups we will ask and answer questions, identify and build on the strengths you already possess, explore new possibilities and new ways of being, and develop new skills so you may find a path toward your whole self's fullest potential.
Counselling, Art Therapy or Walk and Talk sessions may help you:

Gain a better understanding of yourself, your goals and values
Develop interpersonal skills

Manage difficult emotions
Address problematic behaviours

Resolve issues and concerns
Learn ways of coping with stress
