Here’s a simple 2-minute check-in to come back to yourself: Pause, just for a moment. Notice where you are right now… without needing to change anything. Take a slow breath in through your nose, and a gentle, longer breath out through your mouth. Repeat this a few times, letting each exhale soften you a little more. Bring your awareness to your hands. Notice any sensations—warmth, coolness, stillness. Let them rest, without needing to do anything. Gently look around and find
