I’ve recently arrived back in Dunsborough and feel really grateful to bring my counselling and art therapy practice here. It’s been 32 years since I lived in WA, but I have had family ties here all that time, so have come back and forth for visits.

Starting again after so long (or starting in a new place, as I have done several times) brings a mix of excitement and uncertainty—and I know that’s something many people experience at different points in life.

My work is grounded in creating a calm, compassionate space where you can explore whatever you’re carrying, at your own pace. I offer counselling, art therapy and ‘walk and talk’ sessions. You don’t need any creative experience to benefit from art therapy.

If you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief or simply feeling overwhelmed by life (and let’s be honest, who isn’t right now), you’re very welcome here.

I look forward to building and re-building connections within this community 🤍
