What is art therapy?

Art therapy is a way of exploring thoughts and feelings that can sometimes be hard to put into words.

Art therapy isn’t about being “good at art.”

It is about the creative process, not a creative end-product.

Through simple creative processes—colour, shape, movement, etc.

—you can begin to:

·       express what’s been sitting beneath the surface

·       gain clarity

·       feel a sense of release or calm

There’s no pressure to create anything polished. It’s about the process, not the outcome.

You’re welcome exactly as you are 🤍
