Quiet Seasons

Life in the Southwest has its quieter seasons.
The slower months, the early evenings, the stretches of time that can feel still… or even a little isolating.
For some, these moments are restful. For others, they can bring up loneliness, reflection or a sense of being a bit untethered.
Both experiences can exist here, even, at times, simultaneously.
Therapy offers a space to explore what comes up in those quieter seasons—to feel less alone in them, and to find ways of gently supporting yourself through.
You don’t have to sit with it all alone 🤍
