Space to Breathe

There’s so much open space here—wide skies, long coastlines, room to breathe.

And yet, internally, things don’t always feel spacious.

Busy thoughts, heavy emotions or the weight of responsibility and expectations can make things feel tight and overwhelming, even in the most beautiful surroundings.

Therapy can help create a different kind of space—an internal one.

A place to slow things down, to untangle what feels knotted and to find a little more room within yourself.

Outer space doesn’t always mean inner ease—but both are possible 🤍
