When Words Feel Hard

Living in a place that feels calm on the outside doesn’t always mean things feel clear on the inside.

Sometimes, it’s hard to find the words for what’s going on.

Art therapy offers a path that does not need words.

Through creative expression: drawing, painting, simple mark-making, collage, clay work, body work, felting, weaving, you can begin to express what feels unclear, heavy or just out of reach of language.

There’s no pressure to ‘get it’ or to explain it.No need for perfect, to “get it right.”

Just a space to let something take shape, gently.

You are allowed to express things in whatever way feels possible for you 🤍
