Here’s a gentle art therapy-inspired reset:

· Take a moment to pause and breathe slowly.
· Think about how you’re feeling right now—no need to overthink it, to explain it, to justify it, or to feel too deeply into it.
· If your feelings were a colour, what colour might they be?(There is no right answer—trust whatever comes up.)
· If you have paper nearby, you might lightly scribble or draw using that colour. If not, just imagine doing so.
· Notice what it feels like to express without words.
Sometimes colour can hold what words cannot 🤍
