Orienting to the Present

Here’s a gentle present-moment practice:

·       Look around the space you are in.

·       Slowly name (in your mind or softly out loud):3 things you can see2 things you can feel1 thing you can hear

·       Notice that right now, in this moment, you are here—not in the past or future. No judgement, just noticing.

·       Take a breath and allow yourself to settle right here, right now, just a little.

Orienting can help bring the nervous system back to the present 🤍
